Cultures around the world preserve their food in a variety of ways, not just for survival but preserving methods actually increase the health benefits in a variety of ways and even with inhebriating effects such as in brewing.
Our talented crew love to create their own ferments, brews, pickles, chutneyys. There are techniques using SCOBY’s (Symbiotic Colonies of Bacteria and Yeast) to create fizzy drinks such as Kombucha and Water and Milk Kefir.
