This workshop will cover:
Identification of seasonal edible plants and their uses
Identification of seasonal medicinal plants and their uses
Identification of seasonal craft plants and their uses
Collection of edible foods for a salad
Making of a tincture or ointment to take home. As weather has been unpredictable, this will depend on what's out at that time.
Guided instruction and advice for all participants
We will provide:
Relaxed and fun instruction
All tools and materials
A covered area incase of rain
A fire to keep warm
Refreshments
What to bring:
A basket for collecting foraged finds
A clean jar with a lid (ideally sterilised) to take your tincture/ointment home with you.
Packed lunch - our venues are often out of the way, so please bring your lunch with you!
