Social Forestry Team - Looking for new members

We’ve had our work cut out the last couple of months to update our site Risk assessments and health & safety checks to meet Forestry England requirements, and our supervisors will be undertaking new training to become Forestry Site Managers as soon as the training centre are back open again!

But good news is that we’ve now been granted a licence to go back in and continue with our coppicing work, and as we now have funding from Barnwood trust to pay for a supervisor and assistant to manage the team we are ready to take some new woodland management volunteers :-)
