Growing Futures

Growing Futures is our Primary School growing project where we have helped to cultivate an allotment growing fruit and vegetables, working with the school children to teach and inspire food growing and healthy eating.

We have been working weekly with one primary school since January, with small groups of key worker children who have still been attending.

We will be expanding this program to 3 primary schools this year, 5 next year, and 8 in year 3 of the project.

Big thanks to Beki and Anna who are running this project they are both amazing experienced growers who live locally and committed to inspiring children and schools to connect with the food they eat and where it comes from.
