Permaculture Allotment, Noxon Farm- Meeting Agenda Thursday 9 September 4.30-6.30pm

This is an open meeting - you are welcome to come along and get involved.

This meeting will follow Soicocracy 3, also simply known as S3 this is our newly adopted decision making process which is meant to include everyone in creating a consent based solution.

Agenda

Who is the facilitator of the meeting, and who is responsible for taking minutes to publish?

• Round 1 - how is everyone, what is your interest and what skills do you offer to the group?

• What is s3 Sociocracy - how to find out & learn more in order that we can be supported by, and support The Rewild project, while having autonomy?

• Wildlings Summer Club: Highlights / What went well ? What did we learn ? What can we do better next time?

• What groups do we want to set up to run at Noxon? - Set up New circle meetings?

• Roundhouse build for a outdoor education space: When, design, what material, who, funding?

• Plants: What plants for winter ? Using existing plants in nursery? New perinnel edibles coming in ?

• Work to be done still : More clearing and mulching the nursery!

• Final round - how was this meeting for you?

We will be making a simple soup to share please try bring something to share if you want and having a fire outside if weather suitable?.
