Growing Futures Meeting Agenda. 1st September 4.30-6.30pm

Growing Futures is our programme of running growing projects within schools in the Forest of Dean. We are funded by Thirty Percy to increase this programme to 8 schools over the next 3 years

Next meeting date 1st September Kensley Sheds at 4.30pm - 6.30pm - please come along if you are interested.

Agenda - Following Sociocratic Method.

• Round 1 - how is everyone, updates and any additional agenda items for this or future meetings.

• Who is facilitating, and who will write minutes to publish?

• What's going well? Are people happy in the roles they are in?

• Email addresses - agreement across Rewild to use Rewild email addresses for communication - which are now set up - training / support required to set up?

• Which new schools? To start January 2022? Who is going to lead on communication with new schools?

• New crew to be taken on, who and where and where, how many hours / days needed? - to input into a recruitment process to be followed across all Rewild Projects, decision to be made in Logistics circle.

• Banners for the fences that are most visible near the gardens?

• We need more photos of the work done to promote what we are doing? (Discussion about support needed for this to happen - part of a training role? Funding for this?)

• Agreements between schools & Rewild Project / Growing Futures facilitators & Rewild project - update.

• Final round - how was this meeting for you?
