Forestry / New Leaf - Meeting Agenda - Friday 10th September 3.30pm - 5.30pm

Soicocracy 3, also simply known as S3 is our newly adopted decision making process which is meant to include everyone in creating a consent based solution.

This will be one of our first official meetings talking about New Leaf and our the Forestry crew are linked and looking to be working more closely in all we do woodland based.

10th September 3.30pm at Kensley Sheds, naturally following on from the volunteer day on our regular Fridays.

• Who is the facilitator & who is responsible for taking minutes to publish?

• Round 1 - how is everyone / what is the interest / experience you bring to the meeting.

• Update / Discussion: on project so far

• Sallowvallets: Report on the situation and plan?.

• Darkhills: The Sweet Chestnut - 1 hectare coppice we have previously done and a quick overview and plan?.

• Products: What to focus on for learning and income.

• Crew / volunteers: Who is wanting to do what and what training / kit we need etc.

• How do we make this fair . We want a women's team and a men's team if possible?, Also a trainer/assessor for our own in house and to also offer courses for income and experience.

• Funding: Who and where and what to apply for?

• Find out: Who is the appointed contact within FE & when can we expect progress reports? In writing/ official??

• Future plans: Back up if FE licence taken after March 2?

• Final Round - How was this meeting for you?

• Date of next meeting.
